Order Guidelines:
Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours awaiting availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed on the following Monday. J. Serraino will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to verify availability.
Shipping Guidelines:
J. Serraino uses UPS for delivery throughout the United States, and is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS, MONDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
Gift Wrap:
J. Serraino does NOT currently have a gift wrap option for online orders. All item(s) are wrapped in tissue inside the box. You may contact the store directly by phone, prior to placing an online order and discuss a possible gift-wrap option at an additional price.
Gift Certificates Purchase:
Gift certificates are available at J. Serraino and in the miscellaneous section of our online store. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Online gift certificates can be purchased in pre-set dollar amounts and in multiple quantities. In-store gift certificates can be purchased at any dollar amount.
Gift Certificate Redemption:
To make a purchase using your gift certificate you must first register on our site. (See "how do I register"). At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field "Coupon Code". This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total.
Return/Exchange Policy:
All of our designer products have a 100% money back guarantee of authenticity and against defects and faulty workmanship. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit. We do not provide refunds, store credit only. Items purchased in the store cannot be returned via the internet. Cancellation and alterations of web orders can not be done via email - please call j. serraino at 1-661-255-9944 to cancel or change an order.
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition (as it was sent), unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer. We do not sell used merchandise.
Please call j. serraino at 1-661-255-9944 or email us at jserraino@sbcglobal.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA#'s expire 7 days after being issued. It is recommended that you ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to: j. serraino, 24278 Valencia Blvd., Valencia, CA 91355. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD's.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Store credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. To see that you get the best fit prior to ordering we will more than happy to provide you with as much sizing or styling information as you need. We do not recommend ordering from a designer, or ordering a style, that you are unfamiliar with to avoid any disappointment as it will be a final sale and non-exchangeable/non-refundable.)
Out-of-Stock Items:
Our inventory system is nearly real-time, updating many times each day. However, with our volume of orders and the popularity of some items, sometimes inventory sells out. We always do our best to keep our inventories up-to-date; if something you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by phone or email with your options.
If you no longer see a color, size, or style that you viewed earlier on our web site, we have since sold out and removed it. If the item was on sale, chances are we will not be replenishing our inventory. For some newer styles, we may be able to get more at a later date. We suggest that you monitor our web site for availability of the desired item or call us at 661-255-9944 - if we can, we'll be happy to special order the item for you.

Your card is authorized and charged when you place your order.
If your order status is "Pending", it means that your order has been submitted and it preparing for processing. If your order status is "Processing", it means that we are working to fill your order. Sometimes, orders will go directly from pending to shipped.

Shipping/Delivery Dates:
The dates represent the estimated scenario for shipping (next business day) and the average time for delivery based on your selected shipping method. These dates are by no means a guarantee and only provide a simple estimation. We do our very best to ship the next business day, however unexpected delays do occur. Once your order has been shipped, the shipping carrier will provide the best estimation for delivery time.
